Accurate registration details
Volunteers, guests, donors, and partners should provide correct information while submitting forms. DWAR may ask for clarification, reject incomplete submissions, or deactivate accounts if information appears false or cannot be verified.
Google sign-in and account responsibility
Users should sign in only with their own Google account. Access to admin, coordinator, or trainer areas is never automatic and depends on the role assigned by DWAR in the production system.
Event registration and participation
Event registration may be accepted, rejected, cancelled, or marked as guest registration depending on capacity, eligibility, venue needs, admin review, and programme requirements.
Attendance and certificates
Certificates are issued only after verified participation. DWAR may correct, revoke, regenerate, or withhold certificates if attendance, identity, eligibility, or event records need review.
Respectful conduct
Users are expected to treat children, beneficiaries, volunteers, trainers, coordinators, admins, partners, and staff with respect. Unsafe, abusive, misleading, or unauthorised behaviour may lead to removal from events or account suspension.
Platform misuse
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, submit spam, tamper with certificates, scrape private data, overload the service, impersonate others, or interfere with DWAR operations.
Volunteer with clarity
Register, join events, or support a cause that helps children move toward self-reliance.
