Some events may allow guest registration. Guest registration is useful for one-time participants, visitors, or people who want to join a specific event before completing full volunteer onboarding.

Admins, coordinators, and trainers can review assigned event rosters, monitor capacity, manage attendee lists, mark attendance, and coordinate communication with participants.

DWAR can update event details from the admin panel. Participants should receive updated instructions through the configured email notification workflow.

Certificates are generated only after the event is completed and attendance is verified by an authorised admin, coordinator, or trainer.

Yes. Each issued certificate can be checked through the public verification page using the certificate number.

Contact DWAR with your registered email address and certificate number. An authorised admin can review the record and reissue the certificate if appropriate.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Visit the Refund Policy page and email the payment reference, amount, donor details, date, and reason to DWAR.

Google sign-in reduces password management work, verifies email ownership, and keeps the login experience simple for volunteers, trainers, coordinators, and admins.

Volunteer details should be visible only to authorised admins, coordinators, and trainers who need the information for verification, event coordination, attendance, certificates, and communication.
